Discover
We work closely with our clients to understand their needs and goals, embedding ourselves in their day-to-day operations to understand what makes their business tick.
Our engineers review your existing infrastructure, identify bottlenecks, and map out dependencies. We assess your current cloud spend, security posture, and operational maturity to find the areas where we can deliver the most impact.
As an AWS Advanced Tier Services Partner, we register qualifying projects in AWS Partner Central, build a detailed AWS Pricing Calculator estimate so costs are transparent up front, and guide you through AWS's funding and credit programs — helping you claim whatever you qualify for, from Proof-of-Concept funding (typically up to 10% of the project's annual run rate) to migration and startup credit programs. You can validate the architecture risk-free before committing to production.
Once the assessment is complete, we report back with a comprehensive plan, clear priorities, and a realistic timeline.

Build
Based on the discovery phase, we develop a comprehensive roadmap for each project and start working towards delivery. Everything is defined as Infrastructure as Code from day one, drawing from our library of production-tested Terraform modules for EKS, ECS, Aurora PostgreSQL, ElastiCache, networking, and security.
Each client has a dedicated point of contact who keeps communication clear and progress visible. We work in short iterations through GitOps workflows (ArgoCD) and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions with OIDC — no static credentials), delivering incremental improvements you can validate along the way.
We prioritize knowledge transfer throughout the engagement, so your team can confidently own and operate the infrastructure we build together.

Deliver
As the infrastructure takes shape, we shift focus to hardening, monitoring, and operational readiness. We set up observability with Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, and Datadog, plus alerting and runbooks so your team knows exactly what to do when something needs attention.
We validate everything through load testing, failover drills, and security scans (Checkov, AWS Config) to make sure the platform is production-ready before go-live.
After launch, we provide ongoing support and can stay involved with oncall coverage, cost optimization, and continuous improvements as your business grows. Consolidated AWS billing through your AWS partnership with pipetail — tailored invoicing with full usage transparency.
