## Process

We follow a three-phase approach:

1. **Discover**: Infrastructure audit, cost analysis, security review, architecture assessment, AWS Pricing Calculator estimate, guidance through AWS funding and credit programs (Proof-of-Concept funding up to 10% of annual run rate, plus migration and startup credits), proofs-of-concept, and technical roadmap.
2. **Build**: Production-tested Terraform modules (EKS, ECS, Aurora, ElastiCache, networking, security), GitOps with ArgoCD, GitHub Actions CI/CD with OIDC (no static credentials), dedicated point of contact, knowledge transfer throughout.
3. **Deliver**: Production hardening, observability with Prometheus/Grafana/Loki/Datadog, load testing, failover drills, security scans (Checkov, AWS Config), go-live support, ongoing oncall, and consolidated AWS billing through your AWS partnership with pipetail.
